A workflow procedure is in place for all Jobs that are taken in for repair and/or balancing. A job number is allocated, which is stamped on the shaft at final inspection.
This job number is recorded for warranty purposes and to handle associated enquiries quickly and efficiently. For major customers we maintain a database which records the specifications of each shaft on their machinery and vehicles with a unique reference number. These specifications are available for future reference when repairs or modifications are required.
Our pricing reflects the quality of the spares we use which include well-known imported quality brand names such as GWS, SICIT & ITALCARDANO / SPICER. All our workmanship as guaranteed for a period of six (6) months for driveshafts and twelve (12) months on sideshafts (CV's).
